Photography services of all kinds are available in Prague: from picture’s development to high quality professional photography services. If your aim is to develop and print your pictures, you can easily find number of shops in all the tourist destinations. To make it cheaper, I recommend you to move away from tourist city center using public transportation. For instance, on the remote metro station Ládví I have found a photography shop that charged 50% less the prices named in photo shops located at the Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí) for the same quantity and quality. Actually, this advice can be also relevant for the vast majority of other services.
